The history and position of the site as drivers for a project that stitches together and reconverts the elements into a single narrative. A project that introduces a new urban, road and functional structure. Two gestures to define the design solution. The ring: iconic and interdependent element between the historic buildings and the new judicial functions, and the landscape building that from the hills to the city presents itself as a green and connecting hinge, an infrastructure building that interacts with nature.
