First Place winners for the International Competition for a specialized and qualifying training center, combined with the presence of a multifunctional cultural center, as envisioned in the program, is undoubtedly capable of representing an opportunity for both urban and social regeneration. The Training Center is developed on two levels, and its height coincides with the three levels of the service building, which houses offices, changing rooms, and restrooms, and with which it has an exclusive relationship through the staircase and the distribution balcony.
